Finding Your Proof of Purchase

VisionTek requires proof of purchase when registering a product for warranty purposes. To help you quickly find your proof of purchase for items bought online, we have put together a quick reference guide for some of the larger online retailers where VisionTek products are sold.

Log in to your account. Do this by clicking the “My Account” or “Sign In” links located at the top right of the page. Once you are logged in, go to the “My Account” page and select “Track an Order, Print an invoice, or Request a Return” from the menu on the page. You will see a list of all of your orders made at TigerDirect’s website, unless you checked out as a guest, using v.me, or using PayPal. If you used one of those methods to check out, follow the instructions on the TigerDirect website for getting the information you need. Log into your account. Do this by clicking “Login or Register” at the top center of the page, or “My Account” just to the right of the Newegg logo. Once you are logged in you will see an “Account Home” menu on the left. Select “Order History” under “Orders”. You will then be taken to the “Order History” page, where you can view your current orders. If your order is older, use the dropdown menu or search to find what you are looking for. You can then choose to “Track an Order”, which will return a list of all of your orders. You may need to adjust the dates to find the specific order you are looking for.
