How to Find Your Serial Number

Having trouble finding your VisionTek serial number? Here are a few examples of what the serial number looks like on various products.

The number circled above in red is an example of the VisionTek serial number on an SSD. Look for this information on the back of your Solid State Drive.

The number circled above in yellow is the serial number on a VisionTek graphics card. Look for this sticker on the back of your card.

The number circled in red above is a sample of the serial number on a VisionTek memory product. This label will be stuck right to your memory module.



Register Your VisionTek Product

To help ensure warranty claims are valid, as well as expedite any returns, VisionTek requires all products to be registered within 30 days of purchase. Registering your product and uploading a copy of your receipt also helps our Tek Support team quickly issue a service order number in the event a return is necessary.


To register your product, please login to your account or create one and then fill out the form that will appear below when you are logged in. If you created an account with VisionTek prior to August 1, 2014, you may need to reset your password, or may need to recreate an account altogether. If you need assistance, Tek Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time.


Uploading a copy of your purchase receipt is not required, but is recommended for speedy return authorization should you need to return or exchange your product during the lifetime of the warranty. Please note that only the following filetypes are allowed to be uploaded: jpg, gif, png, pdf.  Additionally we recommend your file name does not contain a space or a dot, as it may alter the file name on upload and could trigger an error.

The email address you use to fill out the form below must match the one you used to create your user account. If it does not, your form will not be submitted correctly to Tek Support and you will not receive a confirmation email.


This form will automatically send a copy to the email you used to register with.  It is highly recommended that you print the email you receive for your records.
