Submit an Online RMA Request

If you need to return or exchange VisionTek product, you must fill out the below Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Once our Support team receives your information and verifies that your product can be returned, you will be issued a service order number.


Please fill out the form below to submit your RMA request.  If you need assistance, Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time.


Please note that when filling out your mailing address, VisionTek can only ship to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Briefly describe the problem you are having with your VisionTek product.
Upload a copy of your receipt (PDF, JPG, GIF or PNG files are supported). This will help expedite your return request. If you provided this when you registered your product, a second upload is not necessary.
